Jiangsu Syntrans International Logistics Co., Ltd., a key strategic entity of Syntrans Group in East China, was founded in 2004. Since 2005, it has been providing services to Wuxi Suntech Solar Power Co., Ltd., China’s first photovoltaic enterprise certified by such internationally authoritative bodies as TUV and IEC. It is among the earliest logistics suppliers in China to enter the photovoltaic industry chain.
Jiangsu Syntrans has three branches located in Wuxi, Changzhou and Nanjing, with 109 professional employees working in 12 departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Dispatching, Overseas Business, Import and Project Development. After nearly 20 years of development, Jiangsu Xinxinyun has become one of the top partners in the CIF market of major shipowners, and maintains close cooperation with major shipowners such as EMC, MSK, MSC, ZIM, COSCO, etc., which ensures that the business routes cover the whole world, and at the same time, provides customers with very competitive prices.
The company's customer base involves photovoltaic, home appliances, food, chemicals and other fields, the main customers include: Suntech, Trina, JA, GCL, Hengdian Dongmag, Dongfang Risheng, Chint, Midea, Jiangsu COFCO, China Resources, and Chercheng Silicon Chemical.
Jiangsu Xinxin Transportation started from China, and with the increasing market share, the company accelerated its overseas layout. The main import and export ports in China cover major ports in North China, Central China, South China and barge ports along the Yangtze River, and since 2016, the company has penetrated into the Southeast Asian market, and is now providing integrated logistics services such as import and export booking/trailer/customs clearance/warehousing at major ports in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries for Chinese PV factories overseas and local customers. In June 2023, Jiangsu Xinxin Shipping's joint venture company in Thailand was established, which will continue to provide close and efficient logistics services for PV customers who have set up factories in Thailand. Meanwhile, the bonded and non-bonded warehouses that Jiangsu Xinxin Express has set up for its customers in Holland, Switzerland, the UK, and the US maximize the shortening of the sales terminals of Chinese customers in the European and American markets, and win a head start for the enterprises to seize the market share.
In 2022, the turnover of Jiangsu Xinxin Transportation Company will be about RMB 1.8 billion, and the volume of import and export operation will be over 90,000 TEUs.
